Program requirements
United Way of La Porte County’s Level Up program helps build bridges between struggling, working adults of all ages and better paying employment opportunities. Participants achieve greater financial stability through access to local community resources and support, such as job training programs and career planning services.
The Level Up program helps individuals break the cycle of poverty, access life-changing education opportunities, plan sustainable career paths, develop habits for lasting change, and achieve greater financial stability.
With one-one-one support to:
eliminate barriers,
bridge educational and training gaps,
improve financial education
develop plans for a sustainable path forward, and
provide a support and encouragement network
the Level Up program can help you build a better future for you and your family.
To qualify for the Level Up La Porte County program, individuals must:
be currently employed
be a resident of La Porte County
be 18 years old or older
have reliable transportation
have a valid Indiana driver’s license
make a commitment to completing all program requirements
Your household must also meet the following income requirements:
